AutoDesk has made a cool piece of plastic that displays 3d models, in 3d. Hard to explain but it’s a ruddy good show!
This is definitely one of the coolest and most useful examples of augmented reality I’ve seen. It allows you to go through some of the features of the camera, taking photos of yourself, videos and photo effects. It’s just cool.
Try it out for yourself here!
Logorama from Marc Altshuler – Human Music on Vimeo.
Simply fantastic short film using company logos and mascots as it’s characters and props. It’s fantastically animated and is just amazing.

Get a collection of games including “World of Goo”, “Gish” and “Aquaria” and pay whatever you want for them. The idea is that the games will release their code, people pay what they want for them and they can choose where the money goes. The choice is directly to the developers, to charity or a mixture of both.
It’s a really cool project and you can read more about it / buy the games using the link below.
The Humble Indie Bundle
Chris-McGarry.com is one hell of a site. Created by Chris Coyier of CSS-Tricks

Chris is a singer/songwriter and one of the problem with lots of musician’s sites is that when you click a link on the page, the music track you were listening to stops. Chris Coyier has cleverly avoided this problem.
It’s all technically one page but content gets revealed and hidden depending on what you click. It uses Javascript which will probably surprise most people as it could well pass as a Flash site. This means the music keeps going and you get to enjoy cool little animations to boot!
Enjoy! (and click Gary’s face 3 times).
Pimp your iPad and make it a neat little skateboard! Sure, why not?
I love Google’s videos for Chrome. So creative.
In this one they do rendering speed tests. Great watching!
